Ingredients
A proprietary blend of Ashwagandha, Licorice root, Juniper berry, Maca, Siberian ginseng, Cordyceps, Suma, Wild yam, Dandelion, Ascorbic acid, Nettles and Ginger.

Methodology
Empty 1 to 3 capsules into 4 to 6 oz of hot water and stir; let steep for 3-5 minutes (you may strain the residue of the herbs if desired) and drink. Honey, lemon or lime may be added for taste, do not use sugar as a sweetener. You can also take one or two capsules twice a day with a meal or as directed by your health care professional.

Methodology
As a dietary supplement take 1 to 2 capsules 2 to 3 times daily, preferably with food and a warm glass of water. AS A TEA: Empty 1 to 2 capsules into a cup of hot water; stir and let steep for 3-5 minutes (you may strain the herb residue if desired, but this is not recommended) and drink.
