Nutritional Information:
Moringa: Moringa leaves are highly nutritious and are rich in vitamins K, A, C, B6, Manganese, Magnesium, Riboflavin, Calcium, Thiamin, Potassium, Iron, Protein and Niacin. Ounce for ounce, Moringa contains seven times the Vitamin C found in oranges, four times the beta carotene of carrots, three times the iron of spinach, four times as much calcium as milk and three times the potassium of bananas. Moringa also contains all 8 essential amino acids and is rich in flavonoids, including Quercetin, Kaempferol, Beta-Sitosterol, Caffeoylquinic acid and Zeatin.
Acai (assai) Berry: Acai berry is rich in antioxidants, about 10-30 times more then the red wine. These antioxidants help a lot in lowering down the bad blood cholesterol and getting up the good blood cholesterol. This in turn helps the cardiovascular system in a good flow of blood. Apart from that, Acai berry also has a good balance of the good fatty acids and Omega's in order to even help the body about cholesterol and improve the heart condition. The Acai berry is also rich in amino acids. These are the building blocks of proteins, one of the most important compounds required by the body. Proteins are required for building up muscles and helping them carrying out their function properly. Acai berry is also rich in dietary fiber, which ensures good digestion and also low cholesterol
Goji (Wolfberry) Berry: Goji berry contains more beta carotene than carrots, and 500 times more vitamin C by weight than oranges (if this is the case, they would have 26g of vitamin C per 100g of actual berry - miscalculation when looking at analysis results perhaps?). The fruit also contains over 18 amino acids, 21 trace minerals, and substantial amounts of vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6 and vitamin E. The analysis also apparently discovered the berries to contain essential fatty acids and to be an incredibly rich source of carotenoids (more than any other known food). Many of these findings have been verified by subsequent studies, although the vitamin C content claim is interesting to note and will be discussed momentarily.
Noni fruit: The noni plant flowers year round and bears a bitter fruit with a strong odor. Although the leaves and root can be used, the fruit is the most widely used part of this plant, primarily for noni juice. The fruit is made into juices as well as a powder, notes, and contains phytochemicals, flavonoids, complex carbohydrates, fatty acids and alkaloid. Noni juice contains vitamins A and C, niacin, potassium, calcium, sodium and 18 amino acids, according to Natural Home Remedies. Fruit grown organically in pollution-free areas is the best source of noni juice, and regardless of the brand, the juice is made from the same fruit, the Indian mulberry or noni fruit. Noni has18 amino acids, vitamins C and E, vitamins B1, 2, 6, and 12, folic acid and minerals such as iron, calcium, phosphorous, potassium, sodium, magnesium, zinc, copper and manganese. Also included in the nutritional array is carbohydrates, protein and fiber.

Acerola berry: Acerola cherry is juicy, often as much sour as sweet in flavor and very high in vitamin C and other nutrients. It is incredible and unbelievable that one tiny cherry has a higher vitamin C content than an orange. Specifically, the vitamin C content is 65 times greater than an orange, which means one cherry has a vitamin C content that is equal to the minimum daily recommended requirements. It is one of the richest sources of vitamin C in fruit, second only to camu-camu.The acerola cherry also contains approximately double the magnesium, potassium and vitamin B5, as an orange. They are known to have high levels of vitamin A, often equal to that of raw carrots. In addition to vitamins A, B and C, acerola cherries also contain the key minerals calcium, iron, and phosphorus. As well as these powerful essential vitamins and minerals, acerola cherries also contain other health promoting plant compounds such as flavonoids and anthocyanins that are part of a bigger category of health compounds called polyphenols. Acerola even boasts a novel flavonoid so far only discovered in only these cherries(3), though that does not rule out the possibility that this compound could also be present but undiscovered in other fruits.
Camu: Camu-camu fruit has the highest recorded amount of natural vitamin C known on the planet. Oranges provide 500-4,000 ppm vitamin C, or ascorbic acid; acerola has tested in the range of 16,000 to 172,000 ppm. Camu-camu provides up to 500,000 ppm, or about 2 grams of vitamin C per 100 grams of fruit. In comparison to oranges, camu-camu provides thirty times more vitamin C, ten times more iron, three times more niacin, twice as much riboflavin, and 50% more phosphorus. Camu-camu is also a significant source of potassium, providing 711 mg per kg of fruit. It also has a full complement of minerals and amino acids that can aid in the absorption of vitamin C. Alpha-pinene and d-limonene (compounds known as terpenes) predominate as the volatile compounds in this fruit.
Mangostein: Mangosteen fruit is useful to just about anybody who eats it. Even more importantly it's packed with antioxidents. It also contains vitamins and minerals like : fibbers, potassium, iron, calcium, vitamin B1, B2, B6 and vitamin. Another distinctive substance that we can find in mangosteen are Xanthones. These are chemical compounds, that helps the defence system for the total well-being of the mind and body.
Stevia: Stevia may offer several health benefits. It doesn't trigger an insulin response and so can be used as a sweetener by diabetics. Also, its natural, low-calorie sweetness may help reduce Americans' unhealthy, weight-inducing dependence on sugar, fructose, corn syrup and other high-calorie sweeteners. Stevia does not cause cavities.
