Methodology
As a dietary supplement take 1 to 2 capsules 2 to 3 times daily, preferably with food and a warm glass of water. AS A TEA: Empty 1 to 2 capsules into a cup of hot water; stir and let steep for 3-5 minutes (you may strain the herb residue if desired, but this is not recommended) and drink. Or add honey, lemon or lime for taste. DO NOT use sugar as a sweetener. We only recommend Stevia as a sweetener.
